This is the third (and finally last part lol) of my very long current makeup routine, which is all of my favorite lip and cheek products. You can read about face makeup routine here and my eye makeup routine here.
- As I mentioned before I love using Too Faced Chocolate Matte Bronzer for contouring my cheek bones, it is natural looking and goes on so smooth. I use this or this to apply. That is typically the only contouring I do, I try to keep it simple when it comes to that.
- After that I put on my blush. I apply to the lower part of the apples of my cheeks and blend it back onto my bronzer. I don’t use a lot, just enough to give a soft wash of color. For blushes I love:
- Laura Gellers Baked Blush-n-brighten in pink grapefruit
- MAC Peaches
- Bobby Brown Peony
- Nars Orgasm.
- Next I apply highlighter using the Anastasia #23 highlighter brush, and just lightly dust on top of my cheekbones. I love trying new one’s out but always go back to these:
- The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer
- Nars Multiple in Copacabana
- Becca Opal.
- For a subtle highlight I use MAC shaping powder in emphasize, it is just a matte white powder but it has such a nice flawless look to it and really helps my contour pop and makes everything look flawlessly blended.
- I always save lips for last. MAC lip liners are hands down my favorite! I love Spice, Stripdown, Soar, and Whirl.
- For lipsticks I have been using MAC Snob and Angel for YEARS and they really stay put. I also like YSL Rouge Volupte Shine. They are super moisturizing and they do shine just like their name says.
- I always have to top off my lipstick with a gloss.
- NARS Turkish Delight is just a classic and not sticky at all
- Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss is so shiny and lasts a long time especially for a gloss.
- I recently started using Huda Beauty Lip Strobe in Snobby which is glittery but in a shockingly great way.
- My all time favorite and go to lip combo would have to be MAC Lipliner in Spicy, MAC Angel Lipstick, NARS Turkish Delight gloss. To me its the perfect lip
