Happy Monday everyone! I’m in such a good mood this morning already because I had such a productive weekend. I got some long overdue shopping done for the boys and I, went out for a nice dinner, and got a ton done around the house.
Today I wanted to share with you guys one of the health/beauty products that I use daily and that is Collagen Peptides. I love this one from Sports Research because it is a powder and has 10 grams of protein for just 40 calories. It dissolves super quick and is completely tasteless.
