My Holiday Decor Home Tour

Decorating for the holidays is one of my favorite things to do. I have always been an early decorator so doing it this early is just normal for me. It is a lot of work and looks so beautiful so why not enjoy it a bit longer? My mother always comes up to help me too and its a nice tradition I always look forward to. This year we will be doing a big kitchen remodel in December so for that reason I am not really decorating the kitchen or dining room much. Here is my holiday decor home tour.

My Christmas Tree

The tree in my living room is a 9 ft and I bought it from Tree Classics a few years ago I believe. I typically go for all white and neutral holiday decor but this year I really wanted to modernize it and add pops of red. The red ball tree picks and black and white ribbon really helped me achieve the look I was going for. I am also obsessed with these holiday gift boxes and Santa bags for the kids. You can’t tell in the photos but the tree skirt is personalized with our last name to match the stockings. All my chairs are from Pottery Barn.

My Entry Way

I love wrapping our staircase in garland, it really makes for a grand entrance. This year I upgraded the mirror and console table in our foyer and it is so much more fun to decorate. You can shop this mirror here and console table here.

My Mantle

This year I really wanted to make our mantle more of a cozy space and did this by adding in some pillows and a throw. I used the tree picks and ribbon to here too to tie everything together. The stars were purchased from Pier 1 a few years ago and are no longer available. I really like them because they are different.

Other Decor

Like I mentioned above we are doing a major kitchen renovation so I am not really doing my decorating in there or my dining room. However I do have a few various things that I put out. I also put a tree in each of the kids room and they love it. They are also only $40 each! You can shop the bar car above here. Next year I am definitely going to be putting one in mine as well. I also can’t wait to full decorate my new kitchen next year.

Be sure to check out my last blog post! I hope you all have a great holiday season! I will start posting my holiday gift guides next week.

xoxo
