Skincare Products to Help Get You Through the Winter

Winter time in Connecticut is absolutely no joke. It is cold and terribly dry. From November through April I really up the hydration especially when it comes to my skincare routine. I also run a humidifier in all of our bedrooms (I love this one) which I think helps a ton. Here are my favorite skincare products to help get you through the winter.

  1. For my body I LOVE Kiehls Creme De Corps. I buy the huge bottle and keep it out on my bathroom sink. It is pretty much unscented but keeps your skin moisturized on another level which is so important this time of year. I use it after I shower both morning and night and on my hands throughout the day
  2. Every single night I mix Kiehls Midnight Recovery Concentrate with my face moisturizer. It smells like lavender so its super relaxing to use before bedtime and my skin is stays hydrated all night long.
  3. I love a good mask so Summer Friday’s Jet Lag Mask gets used the most this time of year. I like that you can use it both as a mask and wash off after 20 mins or put it on at night as an overnight mask. I use it both ways.
  4. Laneige products are so good and I like to use their Eye Sleeping Mask as my night time eye cream. When I wake up I have not one line under my eyes which is huge!
  5. This one is a game changer. The Laneige Lip Sleeping Masking is holy grail. It keeps your lips supple and soft. My poor 4 year old gets such dry, cracked lips and this product helps him so much.

If you’re a skincare addict like me, you want to know more about what’s best for your skin. For instance, if you’re planning to have a botox treatment, you can visit med spas like this med spa in Fall River, MA or AMG Aesthetics and ask about skin treatments like facial botox and other botox injections. Or, you may also ask dermatology experts like Dundee Dermatology | West Dundee, IL or Laser Skin Solutions Jacksonville that have attended dermatology seminars for their expertise.
