In case you missed it, I shared the best way to make an espresso martini festive for Valentine’s Day! This V-day, I’ll be hosting a fun Galentine’s Day party with my girlfriends and I wanted to make us something fun to cheers to and sip on while we catch up.

An espresso martini is typically made with espresso, coffee liqueur, and vodka. Instead of just using basic ingredients alone, there are a few ways to elevate this cocktail. One way, is to use good quality, bold espresso. I use Bowl & Basket Specialty Espresso because it is so flavorful and made with quality ingredients that create a perfect base for the drinks. Another way, is to use vanilla vodka instead of regular! Vanilla and coffee are a perfect pair, and this will tie the flavors together. Lastly, I add Irish cream in addition to the basic espresso martini ingredients to make it smooth, sweet, and milky.
To make them festive, I added a chocolate syrup + heart sprinkle rim to all the glasses! See below for the recipe!
Espresso Martini Ingredients
*2 oz of Bowl & Basket Specialty Espresso
*1 oz vanilla vodka
*1 oz coffee liquor
*1 oz Irish cream
Shake it all together with some ice and pour it into your chocolate + heart sprinkle rimmed glasses!
