The temps have finally started to drop here in Connecticut which means I finally get to wear all of my Fall things. There are three shoes that I wear on repeat every single year and this season is no different. The upside of investing in classic footwear that will never go out of style, is that you don’t need to shop for shoes every year. The shoes I am talking about below, while can be investments, are staples that not only get worn a ton but they still look brand new! Here are 3 shoes you need this Fall.
3 Shoes You Need This Fall
Over the Knee Boots
These Stuart Weitzman OTK boots have been a staple in my closet for years. I finally committed and bit the bullet a few years ago and just spent the money on them. I’d eyed them for years but never thought I could justify the price tag. But I was wrong! These are by far my very favorite OTK boots I’ve ever owned (and I’ve owned a lot!). You can dress them up or dress them down. They can be worn with leggings, jeans, or dresses. My favorite feature of an over the knee boot is that they really elongate the leg and are super flattering.
Definitely a staple in my fall and winter wardrobe!
Golden Goose Sneakers
I know there is a lot of hype around Golden Goose sneakers and honestly, the hype is for good reason. I have been finding ways to style these every season and wear them all year long. In the fall, I really like wearing my Golden Goose sneakers on a casual day. They pair well with leggings or jeans and just really tie together a laidback look. However, they also look super cute with dresses!
Honestly, Golden Goose are either a sneaker you love or hate. But for me, I totally love them. They have really grown on me and if you plan to wear them as often as I do, they are 100% worth to hefty price tag!
Combat Boots
Last year, I splurged and bought myself a pair of combat boots from Chanel. I wear combat boots all the time and on top of that, here in Connecticut it’s basically fall or winter all year.
Combat boots are another super versatile and SO comfy. I rounded up a few really cute pairs right here so you can find a pair you really love without breaking the bank!
